As a platform operator, you are responsible for the content of the campaigns, tasks, and rewards you create. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to use any content you submit.
LevelBunny facilitates the management of rewards and achievements, but the fulfillment of rewards is the responsibility of the campaign operator. We do not guarantee the availability or fulfillment of any reward.
Certain features of the platform may require payment of fees. All fees are displayed in the applicable pricing pages or subscription agreements. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LevelBunny and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LevelBunny shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LevelBunny and its affiliates from any claim, demand, or damage arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately.
